PREFACE TO THE 18th EDITION
In the present edition, alterations and additions have been made to
the information on American threads to accord with recent practice. New data include the Unified miniature thread series and the 27-tpi Unified thread for thin-walled tubes. Other additions cover the new Class 5G Acme, and certain sizes of the original Whitworth pipe threads which are still in current use.
Normal wear due to it being very old.
